I spent 25 years working for the UK public sector, in operational content and strategic roles, and as a senior union activist. Helping people and supporting them has been a driving force for me throughout my career.

I'm now working for myself, as a change coach, workshop facilitator, and trainer - specialising in stakeholder management.
